Every inspection produces photographs of what we actually found on the roof, and you get them whether or not you use us. Occasionally that means we have written the report that helps somebody decide not to replace their roof this year.
That is a reasonable outcome. On a coast where an entire cohort is finishing, a roof we do not sell in 2026 is not a customer lost.
We fix the variable numbers before they are variable
Nobody knows how much decking needs replacing until the covering is off. What can be agreed in advance is the rate, and we put it in the quote while the quantity is still unknown to everybody.
Agreeing that number once the roof is open and the quantity is known is not a negotiation, and a contractor who leaves it until then has left themselves a lot of room.
We are honest about the distance
The Treasure Coast is a real drive from Fort Lauderdale and we work it in planned blocks rather than day trips. That makes us worth booking ahead and no use in an emergency.
A genuinely local company will start sooner. If that is what matters most to you, it is a fair reason to use one, and we would rather say so than take the job and disappoint you on timing.

Romco Builders is a licensed Florida general contractor. Roofing work is performed under the appropriate trade certification, as Florida law requires.
Ask us for the license details and verify them with the state before signing anything — with us or with anyone else. We do not publish claims about certifications we do not hold, and we do not describe track record we cannot evidence.
